Vacuum filtration bag is designed for rapid filtration by remove micro/macro particulate or bacterial contaminants from HPLC solvents. This unit is excellent protection your expensive instrument and HPLC column damage by clarifying all your HPLC solvents and buffer solutions before use it.

Safety design (shut-off valve, Hydrophobic-Oleophobic PTFE filter) to prevent the excessive filtration solvent , and automatic shut-off when bag is full, blocked the excessive filtration solvent into the vacuum pump which causing malfunction. PTFE filter retains 99.99% of airborne particles of 0.2 micron to protect your laboratory atmosphere

This vacuum filtration unit comes with a Vacuum filtration bag (reservoir) and Vacuum canister .Bag is made of environment-friendly high-polymer clear polyethylene (PE). It's safe, soft, non-toxic and transparent with each volume level printing on bag. The canister is acrylic with clear and use as the housing without the connecting hose. Bag will be remove to keep or use when is full.

Filtration with membrane filter 50 mm. diameter is placed in the reusable syringe filter that will connected between the filtration bag at P port of lid and the solvent reservoir. Vacuum is apply by connect to the vacuum port on lid. The filtration process by immerse the tube into the solvent ,the solvent will through pass the membrane in to the bag .The excessive filtrate in the bag will be stop by the safety (under the lid) then remove the filtration bag from the canister for ready to use or storage.

Bag design with the lid has the large handle for easy remove from the canister by easy lift up. It has the large pour spout with 35 mm. diameter for easy empty. Bag is available:1,200, 2.200 or 3.200 ml with individual packed. it can use alone or tandem up 4
