Suction liner bags are designed for collecting biohazardous fluids produced in ICU, operation rooms, gynecology and other clinical practices. It is high performance and ease of use.
Safety design (shut-off valve, Hydrophobic-Oleophobic PTFE filter) to prevent the overflow hazardous waste, and automatic shut-off when bag is full, blocked the excessive waste into the vacuum pump which causing malfunction. PTFE filter retains 99.99% of airborne particles of 0.2 micron to protect your laboratory atmosphere
The second safety design ( check valve at patient port) to prevent the excessive fluids back up into
the patient tubing which causing cross infection and pollution.
Easy-to-use in-line with connections for 10-11 mm ID hose.
This device is composed of suction liner bag and canister .Bag is made of environment-friendly
high-polymer clear polyethylene (PE). It’s safe, soft, non-toxic and transparent with each volume
level printing on bag. The canister is acrylic with clear and use as the housing without connecting
hose. Bag will be disposal when is full.
It can be used individually in wall plate/stand or used as tandem in a serial connection on mobile
suction stand. (2-4 units) .
Suction liner bags are available in 1,200 ml, 2,200 ml and 3,200 ml.
It is accommodate with all accessories for special clinical needs.
Single packed bags are sealed from dust during storage, ideal solution for customers who have
minimal consumption of suction bags

The suction liner lid has the large handle ( 1 ) for easy take it off from the canister and move the liner bag to waste. It has the large pour spout with 35 mm. diameter ( 2 ) for easy empty without lid remove & for specimen collector. The patient port ( 3 ) allows direct patient tube connection via elbow connector (7) allow quick hook up and prevent kinked tubing. The tandem port ( 4 ) for multiple suction bag connection. The vacuum port (5) for connect the vacuum source .The closing plugs ( 6 ) for opening ports need closed.
Double safety design to ensure no liquid is overflow to the suction unit and patient tubing ,effectively prevent cross infection and protect the medical staff safe. All FilTrex suction liner bags are equipped with PTFE filter shut off valve ( 1 ) prevents overflow and bacterial to suction unit and Check Valve ( 2 ) prevents overflow to patient tube.
