The Polypropylene ( PP) vial designed to use with the most HPLC autosampler .The PP vials are ideal when working with pH sensitive samples, aqueous samples in pharmaceutical applications, or undertaking sodium analysis. The different 2 types of PP vials are available that one is snap/crimp mouth with 11 mm diameter and the other is screw thread mouth with 8 and 9 mm. diameter. The micro volume vial available in each type and PP insert flat tube 250-300 µL for each standard PP vial.
PP SNAP / CRIMP MOUTH VIAL AND CAP ( 11 mm.)
- Wide opening mouth 11 mm. OD and 6 mm. ID. This vial is easier to fill and provides a larger target area for the autosampler needle.
- Fit most autosamplers that accommodate the 12x32 mm. vial format
- Polypropylene vials are an economical alternative to glass for some applications
- 11 mm. Snap cap or 11 mm aluminum crimp cap with 11x1 mm. pre-slit PTFE/Silicone septa are available.
- Standard vial with 1.5 ml. or micro volume 350 µL or PP insert flat tube 350 µL into the standard 1.5 ml. vial.
PP SCREW THREAD MOUTH VIAL AND CAP ( 8-425 and 9-425)
- 8 mm.( 8-425) thread mouth (OD) and 5 mm.(ID) vials are designed for use with Shimadzu,Hitachi,Jasco, Varian, Gilson, Beckman and other HPLC autosampler. The PP screw thread cap with 8x1 mm. pre-slit PTFE/Silicone septa are available.
- 9 mm.( 9-425) screw thread mouth (OD) and 6 mm.(ID) vials are designed for use with Waters,Agilent and other HPLC autosampler. The PP screw thread cap with 9x1 mm. pre-slit PTFE/Silicone septa are available.
- Fit most autosamplers that accommodate the 12x32mm vial format

- Standard vial with 1.5 ml. or micro volume 250-350 µL or PP insert flat tube 250-350 µL into the standard 1.5 ml. Vial.
